Come hear from Tanya Sovinski of Indianapolis Power and Light and Nicole Duncan of PNC Bank about what makes giving opportunities stand out to them and tips you can take back to make all your interactions with corporations better.

Tanya Sovinski currently serves as Director of Community Relations for Indianapolis Power & Light Company (IPL), a subsidiary of The AES Corporation(NYSE: AES). The utility serves 490,000 residential and commercial customers in Central Indiana. Tanya joined the IPL team in January 2016 to oversee community engagement, employee volunteerism, stakeholder management, and customer outreach.
Prior to IPL, Tanya was Director of Development for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, EMRG Director for Entercom Communications, and Display Sales Manager for NUVO Newsweekly. Tanya has served on the Board for Dig IN, Domestic Violence Network, and IDMI.
Tanya is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Class XXVIII and LEAD 2017. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hanover College.
